Warranty Conditions

Due to the fact that the products sold in our online store are special items made from valuable materials and metals with delicate craftsmanship, they are not covered by warranty for situations like breaking, snapping, or burning.

It is important to handle the products with care during use, avoiding swinging, applying pressure, or testing by burning.

Any damage or harm occurring during shipment is covered by the Cargo company. When your package is delivered to you, you should open it in the presence of the courier and check it. If there is any damage inside the package, a report should be taken with the courier and returned.

Products are under the Amber House By Mert guarantee in cases of hidden defects and workmanship errors not detected during the inspection phase. Before returning or exchanging, you need to inform our customer service representatives and send the products to us via cargo. The defective product will be quickly replaced and sent to you according to stock and supply availability.

Product Return Conditions

In the case of defective products you have purchased through our website, you can return the product(s) within 14 business days upon request. If more than 14 business days have passed since the date you received your order, you will not be eligible for a return.

The returned products must be unused, undamaged, unburned, and not affected by user-related damages. If these conditions are not met, the product cannot be returned.

Products that are custom-made (e.g., items with names that you requested to be added, and other specially produced items) cannot be returned. Therefore, it is recommended that you finalize your decision regarding any customization, model, color, and inscriptions before placing your order.

Ring size standards range between sizes 18 to 28. If the ring you ordered is above size 28 or below 18, the sizes will be redone in a special workshop for the buyer. Thus, the returned product will be considered as a changed item, and returns will not be accepted.

During the return phase, you must send the product to us by paying the shipping fee through the cargo company used for your initial order. The shipping fee for return processes belongs to the customer. Packages sent without the shipping fee are not delivered to us and are returned to the branch as per our agreement with the branch.

If the products you purchased from our website turn out to be defective or if you wish, you can exchange the product(s) within 14 business days with other products upon request. If 14 business days have passed since the date you received your order, your exchange right will end.
