AMBER HOUSE BY MERT (hereinafter referred to as the COMPANY) requests some of your personal information (name, age, interests, email, etc.) in order to provide better service to its customers.

The credit card information requested on the payment page is not stored on the COMPANY servers or on the servers of the companies serving the COMPANY, in order to keep the security of our valuable customers who shop on the site at the highest level. In this way, all transactions related to payment are made between the bank and your computer through the COMPANY website interface.

Our members can contact the COMPANY to request information about:

  • Whether their personal data is being processed,
  • Information about the processing of their personal data,
  • The purpose of processing their personal data and whether it is used in accordance with this purpose,
  • The third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Correction of incomplete or incorrect processing of personal data,
  • Deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the conditions provided in the relevant legislation,
  • Notification to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred about the correction, deletion, or destruction of such data,
  • Objection to the emergence of any result to their detriment through the analysis of processed data exclusively via automated systems,
  • Compensation for any damages incurred due to unlawful processing of their personal data.

The COMPANY may provide a reasoned positive or negative response to the requests mentioned above in written or digital form. If the requested action incurs a cost, it may be subject to a fee based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board under Article 13 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
