To become a member of our store, simply fill out the required fields. It is very important to fill in your membership information accurately and completely to avoid any communication or delivery issues. Registering as a member is a simple and quick process. Becoming a member does not imply any obligation on your part. However, please read the Sales Agreement carefully before making a purchase. You have the right to terminate your membership at any time.

Membership Cancellation

The member has the right to terminate their membership at any time. Once you terminate your membership, all relationships with our site will be severed.

To terminate your membership, you must log in and send your request through our contact information page.

Membership Cannot Be Cancelled Under the Following Conditions

1. If 60 days have not passed since the last order was placed.
2. If a request for membership cancellation is made from a different email address.
3. If the member cannot be reached through their registered information.

Membership May Be Cancelled By Us Under the Following Conditions

1. If the member sends inappropriate or offensive messages or comments.
2. If the member attempts fraud.
3. If the member attempts actions that harm the system or the name of MaraşMarket.

Member Security

All necessary measures have been taken in our store to ensure the security of our members. In addition to these measures, you are also responsible for the security of your member information. Do not share the information you use to access our store with anyone, and do not log in from computers that you are not sure are secure.

Different Address

Each member has an address section where they can enter a different address when completing an order, other than their registered address. You can use the address section when sending gifts to friends or for periods when you are at a different location.

For example: During times when you are at different branches of the company you work for or staying at your summer house. Or if you want your invoice to be delivered to you while your order reaches a friend.

Product Reviews

Each member can write reviews for products. Sharing your knowledge and experience with other users will make shopping more enjoyable and informed. Customer reviews will lead to a more conscious shopping environment as they will be unbiased and based on experience.

When writing a product review, make sure to write comments that are respectful to other users and the product manufacturer, within the framework of general moral standards. Reviews are examined, and those deemed inappropriate are removed from the system.
